Every week, the team at Radio Hello 106.4 FM will visit each college and identify a group of students proficient enough to be radio jockeys, show producers, scriptwriters and music schedulers. This elite group will undergo three days of hands-on training at the studios of Radio Hello 106.4 FM and eventually run the station. At the end of 13 weeks, 13 jockeys, that is, one radio jockey per college in each location – selected through a robust SMS poll, will compete for the coveted crown – ‘Aircel College Sema Star 2009’ and a career with Radio Hello 106.4 FM.
